    State Fund Agriculture - Paying Agency (SFA - PA) transferred the first tranche in the amount of BGN 13,847,372 to 5,227 livestock breeders with completed administrative inspections under the transitional national coupled support scheme for ewes and she-goats (NSA3), for the 2021 Campaign.
    The payments to farmers are on time according to the approved indicative schedule. The support under the scheme is provided in two tranches, the rate being determined by an order of the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry. The rate for the first payment per one animal eligible for support under the NSA3 is BGN 25.37. Applicants, who raise 50 or more animals on their farms and meet the requirements of Art. 39 of Ordinance No. 3 of 17.02.2015 on the terms and conditions for application of direct payment schemes, are eligible for support under the transitional national support scheme for ewes and she-goats.
    Transitional national aid is granted only for the sectors for which national surcharges were granted in 2013, with the maximum budget being a decreasing function of the budget approved by the EC for the national surcharge schemes for that year.
