The management of the State Fund Agriculture has prepared a Plan with measures to improve the activities of the Fund, catch up with the processing of delayed projects under the RDP 2014-2020, as well as to improve the publicity and transparency in the work. It was also approved by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry Prof. Hristo Bozukov.
There are chosen activities and set deadlines in the Plan for the implementation of the measures of the Rural Development Programme 2014-2020 (RDP), and the public and private measures are to be complimented. It also includes activities from the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Programme (MAFP) 2014-2020 and the areas - "Agricultural Market Mechanisms", "Investment Support Schemes", "Technical Inspectorate", "Short-Term Support Schemes", "Direct Area Payments" and "Information Technologies".
SFA is currently preparing and will publish on the website - dfz.bg and on eufunds.bg a "Guide for the Beneficiary". It is intended for all beneficiaries who implement grant contracts under the Rural Development Programme 2014-2020 and is aimed at facilitating the beneficiaries by providing specific, synthesized and systematic information on their basic rights and obligations, in order to ensure effective technical and financial implementation of the grant agreement.
On Monday, June 28, 2021, the State Fund Agriculture will open four new hotlines - two of which will be responsible for the Contracting Directorate and two for the Authorization Directorate of the RDP. Applicants/beneficiaries will be able to receive additional information concerning their projects on the phone, and every Friday will be an "OPEN HOUSE DAY" in the State Fund Agriculture for them.
